Default xubuntu-users Digest, Vol 57, Issue 8

Frankly, I can't understand why I need to give a password every time I
upgrade because I'm the only one who uses this machine. That should
be a concern only for somebody who has to share or at least faces the
possibility that somebody could enter his computer and mess things up.
I no longer lock the desktop because I'm the only one using it, and I
doubt anybody would be so mean-spirited as to do that.

I lock my desktop so that I have to enter my password at least once a
day. That way I won't forget it.
