Bluetooth USB Dongle on Startup
I don't think you are understanding. I already have it working and
installed, HOWEVER, it is not recognized if it is plugged in prior to
powering on the machine, or if the machine is rebooted. In that case,
it MUST be removed and reinserted before it is recognized by the system.

I can't seem to get my system to recognize my Bluetooth dongle on
startup. This is preventing my hidd --search daemon from running.
Proof:
On startup I run:
# hcitool dev
Devices:
#
Then, I remove and add back into same usb slot:
# hcitool dev
Devices:
hci0 xx:xx:xx:xx:xx:xx
#
Why is this not being recognized when the dongle is in place during
startup? And how can I force it to be recognized?
