Default How do I file a bug against the Quantal alpha?

I added myself to Xubuntu-Testers on launchpad but I cannot find a link to
file a bug report. I click on “Bugs” but all I can do is search for them.

Scott,

*** That's a bug. You'll have to file another bug report for that.
