Default New version number and new release date

Xfce will continue to use very similar version numbers, the change
being the dot will translate to a 0, so the next release will be 4010
instead of 4.10. The new release date is scheduled for April 1, 2012.

This blog post is a joke (Stephan isn't release manager for Xfce 4.10,
and this was written because some people think, unlike any good package
manager, that 4.10 is a lower version number than 4.8).

Another hint is the expected release date (the 1st of a certain special
month ;-).
