Default Xubuntu Bug Subscription Changes

Hello Folks,

*Please be advised of the creation of the Xubuntu Bugs team[1]. This is an open team and joining it will result in you receiving all the bug notifications for bugs maintained or monitored by the Xubuntu developers and contributors. Folks interested in helping triage and fix Xubuntu bugs at large are encouraged to join this team while individuals interested in only specific packages are encouraged to subscribe to those individual packages instead.

*For members of the Xubuntu team[2], you will no longer receive Xubuntu bug mail until you join the new xubuntu-bugs team.
