Linux Archive - Case for netspeed -can this be someway added in xubuntu

hi all,
First of all sorry for crossposting. I love a package called
netspeed . See http://www.gnome.org/projects/netspeed/ what do you
guys think of a way of having it in some way in add items to the panel
thing (which we get by right-clicking on any of the panels.

Also is there a way to have that as an entry in my Autostarted
applications on my xfce/xubuntu desktop.

Looks like your pacman database is corrupted. See if
/var/lib/pacman/local exists.
