Default Bug report on Xfce-kbd-plugin

I need some advice here from a developer. Bug 153744 [1] is for
tinyproxy dropping connections for some requests through the proxy . On
2008-07-04, Debian released an updated version of tinyproxy, and
changed their version number to match ubuntu's. This was done on Debian
Bug report logs - #393236 [2]. Since Debian upgrade fixed several bugs
with tinyproxy, is there a way to find out if the launchpad bug 153744
was also fixed?

Thanks for your time.
