Default Grub bootup timing issue

When I first turn my computer off it fails to load Ubuntu. It says that
the file system is FAT.

I hit ctrl-alt-del and it boots up with no issues. I do have multiple
drives in this machine, 3, and multiple o/s, 3.

Anything I can do about this issue?

Thanks again,
