I found a shell script file cdromupgrade and tried to excute the file and
found errors as below.
----------------------
verman@verman-desktop:/media/cdrom$ sudo ./cdromupgrade
tar: ./dists/stable/main/dist-upgrader/binary-all//hardy.tar.gz: Cannot
open: No such file or directory
tar: Error is not recoverable: exiting now
tar: Child returned status 2
tar: Error exit delayed from previous errors
Could not find the upgrade application in the archive, exiting
----------------------
the error indicate that No such file or directory but the files are
present in the CD.
----------------------
verman@verman-desktop:/media/cdrom/dists/stable/main/dist-upgrader/binary-all$
ls -l
total 672
-r--r--r-- 1 root root 687228 2008-04-22 13:00 hardy.tar.gz
-r--r--r-- 1 root root 191 2008-04-22 13:42 hardy.tar.gz.gpg

Kindly help me in upgrading else give alternate solution to upgrade from
7.10 to 8.04.
Thanks,
Verman
