For me, YES. You have given me a good news. I hope the Spanish Goverments and Public Administrations follow this Open source / Ubuntu *way .


I have seen educational Debian distros, but we have not general public administration use of free source distros and software (in the applications for jobs you only need to know Windows; this must change ASAP).
