Default Post Install Mini Site?

Hi,
I'd like to put up a mini site with a bunch of links to guides and HOWTOs to follow after a vanilla Ubuntu 12.04 installation (i.e.: "12 Things to Do After Installing Ubuntu 12.04").

I noticed there is a web version to to the Software Center (https://apps.ubuntu.com/cat/) and that some of the guides point there for installation.

What would be the simplest way to implement a static page with links to the guides and to specific packages (using the apt:// link)?
Thanks!

Why not simply do things like:

<a href="apt://thunderbird">Thunderbird</a>

In your webpage? You can copy-and-paste the links out of the software
centre, but they're just package names so any of them should work.
