Default offline aptitude GUI

I recently discovered the CLI GUI for aptitude, awesome; it even responds
to mouse events. (is that the right term, CLI GUI?.)

From within the menu system, how can I see the packages which have been
downloaded already?

Or, to come at this another way, there's the command

"aptitude upgrade --download only"

How can you issue this command from the GUI?
