Default verne.freenode.net Packet filtered and IPv6

Yesterday verne.freenode.net stopped working. It looks like they are
the IRC server. Anyone know why?

It really kind of sucks since it is the only IPv6 IRC server listed in
the US at:

Since I don't have one of those cloaks I prefer to use tunnelbroker and IPv6...
