Default Midori browser problem - nevermind

Everything important was in ~/.cache and ~/.config. Also, I referenced
the tools bar when it was in fact the menu bar. I have a clean install now.

After the 1st uninstall did you run a find ~/ -iname *midori* to check if
there were any config files remainning. if you had, you could have renamed them.

You could have done this even before you uninstalled it through synaptic, just
to see if the config was broken. This way you could have started with a clean
user profile rather than a clean install.
