Default Friday patch dump

This is a bunch of patches that have been sitting around waiting for
me to get around to sending them out. Patch 6 should really have gone
onto f16-branch, but I didn't catch it until yesterday.

These all look good to me.

For the EFI partition 200MB should be fine, all it has in it is the
kernel and a config file.

Is it really that simple?
Most kernels (~ 4.2MB per Fedora config) are useless without their
corresponding initrd or initramfs (~ 16MB). If the EFI partition
is a target for "yum update kernel", then the default policy of
keeping the latest 3 versions increases the space required.
Such a partition might be a handy depot for "pre-upgrade", too,
and that is advertised as needing upto 500MB.

Sorry, I meant grub and it's config file. kernels and initramfs files
are in /boot, same as non-efi
