Oh, sure, cool... But my Ubuntu desktop looks just as cool. But who
owns Windows(R)? You? Or someone else? Me, I *own* my Linux and the
thousands of FOSS apps available to install with a couple of clicks
(and one password entry) via the Ubuntu Software Center... How about
that for real "cool"? ;-)

Nah, nobody carez. ;-)
Anyway, just idle banter. Good luck - especially with that job
opportunity - and all the best. ;-)

I agree with you that Win7's good but what does this have to do with
Ubuntu technical support?

I have one box with Win on it, for games (kids). But serious work I'm
doing on Ubuntu. ;-)

Just ignore the criticism, and use the system that satisfies _you_ the most.

you love it, or.... you hate it!
I like the alternative way, in every way, anyway.
and your 'starwars'-desktop isn't very alternative, or special..... better
design your own......
easy to do, also in ubuntu. just use your strong imagination-force and

Wasn't it P. T. Barnum who said, "there's a sucker born every minute?"

I see that you are still using Free Software: Pidgin, LibreOffice,
Firefox, Thunderbird. Despite your wallpaper, you haven't gone all the way
to The Dark Side.
