Signup for aforementioned site.

Create a repo on aforementioned site.

Follow the directions on aforementioned site.

I followed it.Generated a account on github.Add public keys to it.created a repo.
** Initilize git at my system and made a README file on my system.When i tried to push it to my account using command

git remote rm origin
git remote add origin git@github.com:amritpalpathak/Kannel.git

Case sensitive, I noticed by looking at your github profile that it's
capital on your github profile page, but it's lowercase in your example.

in example means where ? is it at my home folder?
** but i had copy/paste all commands from github account when i created a new app.
