No battery indicator in gnome after BIOS upgrade

Hi,

After upgrading the Bios of my acer 5050 to version 3315 (could maybe
solved my hda-intel harware problem), I have a ACPI problem : the laptop
battery indicator is not working anymore.

If I had the one from "Add to Panel", it says : Laptop running on AC
Power, even with the battery running the laptop.
I know this is a problem with ACPI but I cannot solve it.

Find below some information :

Boot :

Is anyone got an idea how I can fix it? Going back to BIOS version 3303
is not easy because the maintenance team asks 1 day to do it.
