Firefox 4 will be released on Wednesday 23/01/2011 PST. Is it going to be ported to Ubuntu 10.10 ?

We don't update major releases of packages in stable releases of
Ubuntu, so no, not directly.

However you might be able to get it from a PPA or someone might
backport it in the future.
