Default process accounting in lucid how to read logs

Due to excessive heat being generated on my laptop I enabled process
accounting on my system.
Here are the logs

http://rapidshare.com/files/453017129/pacct.1.gz
http://rapidshare.com/files/453017362/pacct
I am not able to understand how can they be read?
What should I do to understand as what have they logged?

They are read by the "sa" command. They aren't designed to be read directly.

When one person suffers from a delusion it is insanity. When many
people suffer from a delusion it is called religion.
