first of all this is an English list, so please post all further questions in English.
Ubuntu uses the package manager apt, to install software simply run:
sud apt-get install <name of package>

to update the list of available software just run:
sudo apt-get update
and to get the latest version of all of the software you have installed use:
sudo apt-get upgrade
just remember, don't be a help vampire, and don't be surprised if similar, basic questions get a lmgtfy as a response
