Default nagios-plugins-extra should remove nagios-plugins-standard when installing

I saw this problem before. I downloaded extra , removed standard , copied them somewhere , then reinstalled the other way around and copied back the plugins. It did overwrite some plugins and this is probably why it doesn't install.*
