Default Ubuntu Lucid Post-Install Updates - without Internet Access

Hi All,
I need to Install Ubuntu Lucid on a computer without Internet access. I have the ISO on a DoK, and had successfully used it as a Live system on that machine.

How do I perform the post-install updates / upgrades (nVidia Driver, for instance) without Internet access?
Is there a way to download an ISO image that contains up-to-the-minute, sort of speak, updates that I can direct the newly installed Ubuntu to?

I have never used a Linux box without an Internet connection before...
Thanks!
Amichai.
