UNE 10.10 "File & Folders" <-- How to get rid of this icon??

No right click no drag & drop... wow, I have no use for this! I've
got "File Manager" on my bar, but "File & Folders is wasting space. How
DO I get rid of this icon? Thanks ahead of time!
