Default Best Mount options/Ubuntu 10.10

I want to reinstall my Ubuntu 10.10.

I would like to install it a "a little more secured way".

Can i have a little feedback, about the mounting options, i want to use? :O

Thank you!

p.s.: it's a normal "desktop notebook" [ with dm-crypt, lvm ]
