Default 10.04 -> 10.10 upgrade networking problem

Greetings.

After upgrade Ubuntu Server 10.10 from Ubuntu Server 10.04, Ubuntu
can't resolve hostnames.
The only solution for the moment is type "sudo /etc/init.d networking
restart" after login.
The /etc/network/interfaces resolv.conf files are fine and resolvconf
package are installed.
What can be the problem ?
