Default Time zones

Are you in 'America/Dawson_Creek'
It is the only timezone I could find that was in british columbia and
didn't have dst.
its gmt-7 since 1972.

I used tzselect from the command line.

You can also use TZ='GST-8' to get a timezone which is -8 and no dst.
