Right it was not running.
That rpcino error went when on client machine I installed nfs-common
and portmap.
On the server machine I did
showmount -e
Export list for tapas:
/media/USB <IP of machine which is allowed>
there was no directory which it should show me otherwise.
also on client machine mount -t nfs <location on lan> <local>
is failing.
