nfs-kernel-server don't work ...

Interesting.
Can you try
sudo sh -x /etc/init.d/nfs-kernel-server start
?
That should print the commands executed by the init script, and tell you
which one failed. It won't tell you why, though, and I'm afraid I've no
ideas.
