I wonder..
I think Ubuntu's logo is ugly. Can I create a bug report about that?
Is there any limit to what can be reported as a bug on Launchpad?

Just asking, since I mistakenly thought Launchpad bug reports should
be about flaws in Ubuntu. And I'm not being sarcastic, it's what I
genuinly thought.

I understand that this is a theoretical example. If you want to suggest a
better logo, you can create a feature request in Launchpad. Because an
ugly logo is not a flaw, it "works", it is just something that can be
improved.
(It would be more efficient to join the team that creates the Ubuntu
artwork.)

Feature request = works as designed, but can be improved
bug report = does not work as designed

So apart from the distinction between bug and feature, you are right.

https://help.launchpad.net/TermsofUse
"We reserve the right to limit the access of individual users who make
requests too often; and of applications that cause problems for Launchpad
due to bugs, inefficiency, or malicious intent."

Sure. Just check for an already existing report first.
