cannot change windows border by changing the theme...
 

hi all,
im using karmic and i cannot change the windows border by changing the
windows theme.
but if i choose 'none' desktop effects, it works.
the problem is only in 'normal' and 'extra' desktop effects mode.

how can i make it normal...?

what more info should i provide...
