If you installed it from windows using WUBI, just Uninstall it from
Add/Remove Programs....

the LiveCD and Gparted to go in and delete the Ubuntu partitions, then resize
the Vista partition to take over the new space.

You will need to reinstall the Windows bootloader, too.

From the XP CD this was done by booting into the recovery console and
running
fixboot
I *think* it's a clicky option in Vista's CD, but I'm not certain. If
not, you'll have to find out what the Vista equivalent of fixboot is.
