I'm using 9.10, setup automatic login, and then installed Kubuntu.* I wish to be able to select which 'desktop' I want. I've tried 'system-administrator- login but am unable to "unlock" the selection key...What's the fix ???* Thanks in advance

Hasn't this issue been already addressed, for you I believe?
In any case, auto login will
open the desktop last used so you will have to log out and select from a drop down menu on the left bottom section of the log in screen just what desktop you want to log in too. Then it will login to your selection.* You have to go through this procedure any time you want to change what you auto login to.
