Default Wine issue

I decided to check wine out but I came on an odd error. Apparently I installed a small game (only a few megs) I tried to get rid of the game and did and uninstall wine but it still lists it. I reinstalled wine and it still shows the folder for this game next to notepad..nothing comes up with the name of it...any ideas?

Default Wine issue

I have found that if I use "explore C Drive" and then do a right click and delete on a program/game it gives me no problem.* Once you are in your position I believe "completely uninstall" on Wine will remove the file.
