Default kvm network modes

Hi all,

On an ubuntu host, I have the network:
virsh # net-dumpxml default
<forward mode='nat'/>
<bridge name='virbr0' stp='on' forwardDelay='0' />
<ip address='' netmask=''>
<range start='' end='' />

Would you now some doecumentation on non NATing configuration?
I would like to give my guests public IP adresses.

I create my guests using:
virt-install --connect qemu:///system
where 'default' is the configuration above.
