Default mounting a flash drive

Hello
I cannot find the device name for a flash drive.

I insert the drive & the light flashes a few times,
but I cannot find a device name in the logs, I do get a lot of this:

[ 1412.940018] usb 2-2: reset low speed USB device using ohci_hcd and
address 10
> [ 1414.700516] usb 2-2: reset low speed USB device using ohci_hcd and
address 10
> [ 1415.972021] hub 2-0:1.0: unable to enumerate USB device on port 1
> [ 1416.452018] usb 2-2: reset low speed USB device using ohci_hcd and
address 10
> [ 1418.260016] usb 2-2: reset low speed USB device using ohci_hcd and
address 10
> [ 1419.988018] usb 2-2: reset low speed USB device using ohci_hcd and
address 10
> [ 1421.716014] usb 2-2: reset low speed USB device using ohci_hcd and
address 10

which I do not understand.

I guess I need some help!

Thank you for your time.
