Default ubuntu 7.10 live cd does not boot on new system
I finally updated the bios on the motherboard. The mboard was asus
m2npv-vm. After updating bios, then the ubuntu could be installed.
The bios is ASUS m2npv-vm acpi fios revision 1201, dated 09/20/2007.
