Yes. Install package apt-file. Then use these commands:

sudo apt-file update
apt-file list <packagename>

The ways I know are :



1) command line : $ dpkg --contents <package>



2) web : the[list of files] link on the package's page at packages.ubuntu.com

example for http://packages.ubuntu.com/jaunty/i386/elmo :
[list of files] : http://packages.ubuntu.com/jaunty/i386/elmo/filelist



3) gui/desktop :* deb-gview : Gtk/Gnome viewer for the contents of deb files.
