rhel5-branch Fix user --groups kickstart option (bug #454418)
 

Note that the patch makes user --groups option to behave slightly
differently than in Fedora. According to BZ the right behaviour wrt
documentation is this one. As we have the same doc in Fedora, it should
be back-ported to Fedora.
