Default Virtualbox video capturing

Is it possible to capture a video that plays in XP under Virtualbox,
together with audio? How about dumping a video presentation of the
complete screen of the virtual machine (again, while recording audio out
of the virtual audio device?)

Also, can either Virtualbox or KVM/qemu fork input/devices into guest
and host simultaneously (so that mplayer captures audio under both guest
and host?)

Thanks a lot.

Reza.
