Default How to use VoIP freely in blocking countries?

VoIP is banned in several countries.
Anyone know the solution named VoiceGuard?
Pls show ur experience.

I'd look at http://zfoneproject.com/ a secure VoIP application
being developed by Phil Zimmerman of PGP fame.

To just do instant text messaging securely, without voice,
look at OTR. http://www.cypherpunks.ca/otr/ That can be
used as a PIdgin plugin.
