Default compiz taskbar?

I'm using compiz and I like two effects very much: The Scale plugin which shows an overview of the opended windows of the current desktop and the window-switching effect which creates a circle of all opened windows.

Is there also an effect that shows all minimized windows? I.e. only the icons? I don't have a traditional taskbar anymore because it fills up with too much windows. Ideally I'd like to see minimized windows at the bottom of the scale plugin.

Second, I use the window-switcher with Super+Left instead of Alt-Tab. That works well, but the reverse switching does not. The effect doesn't start. Same problem with the mouse: I assigned Super+Wheel down but it doesn't start the effect but switches directly to another window.
