What permissions are you trying to add/take away? Much of this is done
by editing which group or groups a user is part of. Other times you
will need to change the files that a user can read/write/execute. If
you give us an example of what a user [can/can't] do and what you want
that user to be [unable/able] to do we can offer more help.
