Default Intel gma max resolution

Hello,

I have a dell 630m laptop with an intel GMA915 videocard.

The card should support resolutions of 1680x1050 (the laptop is

connected to a LG 22" external monitor) but the Screen Resolution tool

just allows me to select 1440x900 (it has 1600x1024 but it looks awful).

- Does anyone know if the linux driver supports the 1680x1050

resolution?

- If it does how can I select it?

Thanks in advance
