The subjects says it all. The ~/.gvfs directory causes rsync not to
delete files when ordered to do so. It is not an rsync problem.
And the 'workaround' to exclude the directory like this is not working:
--exclude=".gvfs/"
I hope somebody will fix this bug.

Please post the entire command line that is executing rsync. If it's a
script, please post the whole script. Also, what user is executing this
script?

and doesn't work ?!
i use rsync with rsnapshot, and after exclude gvfs in that way, rsync doesn't tell me more that classic error.

Please - post the whole rsync command, the whole script it is in, and
the user it is running as. Otherwise we really can't help much more.
