I have a single scanner connected:

ferriera@laura:~$ scanadf -L
device `epjitsu:libusb:001:003' is a FUJITSU ScanSnap S300 scanner

I'm not sure what other information would be helpful; please let me know

and I can provide it.

Thanks,
Andrew.

Can you file this on launchpad? I know the system sent it to the users
mailing list, but it never gets worked if it stays here.

The right place to file bug reports is:
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu

That will give the developers a chance to see if they can fix it.

Thanks.

Why not just forward these to the developers list? That's where they
should be going anyway instead of spamming the users list.

When I asked, the answer was that they only get attention if the are
filed in launchpad as bug reports.

Apparently the automatic bug
reporting address is the user_list; if the reporter does not have a
launchpad account, it doesn't bounce. It doesn't get seen by the
developers, either, but at least it did not bounce.
