Can you file this on launchpad? I know the system sent it to the users
mailing list, but it never gets worked if it stays here.

The right place to file bug reports is:
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu

That will give the developers a chance to see if they can fix it.

Thanks for your tireless efforts to redirect the bug reports to the right
location. But are you sure those who send the reports to this list are
subscribed here? If they are not subscribed they will probably not read
your mail. Therefore I would suggest you CC the authors of the reports so
your work is not in vain.

Good point. Thanks for saying so. I'll start doing that.

I just think we need the reports in the right place. The bugs do not
get fixed if no one knows about them.
