Default SIM car reader

Hello All

I got a SIM card reader and I am looking for a program which can talk to
this device. The SIM car reader gets detected as a serial to USB device.
See my kernel log:

Does anybody know about a software to read and write to the SIM card?

I tried monosim already, but did not work :-(

Nov* 1 16:35:18 drew5 kernel: [104232.239513] usbcore: registered new interface driver ark3116

Different serial interface, seems to have gotten one step farther and attached to ttyUSB0

But still, no joy!
