Looks like an selinux log entry. Basically it looks like the samba was
trying to access the printer daemon and was denied. You can use
setroubleshoot to figure out the problem if there is one and fix it.
Otherwise, if you don't need samba to access cups, or need samba shut it
down. That should fix it.
