Hi there,

I am attempting to install ubuntu 8 from DVD/CD drive and the install
gets so far and stops. I opted out to modify the kernel.

The installation gets to the line

"plip0: <PLIP network interface> on ppbus0"

and then halts.

what are some ways to troubleshoot and figure out the issue?
